The Hughes WA “On Time or it’s Free” Guarantee Conditions

On-Time Guarantee only applies to bookings made online (email and phone bookings not included in Guarantee)

On-Time Guarantee only applies for transport booked for travel in Metro WA, by WA Customers

If a Customer cannot locate their driver they must call Hughes WA Operations on (08) 9365 9777 (available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week) to verify their Chauffeurs location, failure to contact Hughes WA Operations will void the Guarantee

On-Time guarantee only applies to Caprice Sedans, Mercedes Viano’s and Toyota Commuter Coaches – excludes specialty vehicles (BMW 7 Series / Mercedes S Class / Stretch Limousines / Coaches 21 seat and over)

Details supplied by the Customer must be correct. Wrong information entered online or supplied to Hughes WA will void the Guarantee (Time / Date / Location / Contact Numbers)

Booking must be made at least 4 hours prior to Pick Up Time

Customer cannot modify the Time / Location less than 4 hours prior to pick up or the Guarantee will be void

Due to delays and fluctuations in airline arrival times, the Guarantee is Not Available on ALL Domestic and International Airport Arrival bookings

Due to delays and fluctuations in Cruise Ship arrival times, the Guarantee is Not Available on ALL Cruise Ship Arrivals into Port

A Customers Credit Card is declined, booking will be void

Confirmation email is received by the Customer. Email must be presented to claim Guarantee

Only the 1st hour on “As Directed” or “Multiple Hour” trips is claimable

“On-time or it’s free” Guarantee does not apply to Contract Customers

Due to time fluctuations, “On Time or its Free” Guarantee will only apply after 7 mins from scheduled pick up time, based on Hughes WA computer time stamps

Hughes WA reserves the right to withdraw / cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice

An Event of Force Majeure – An event beyond the control of the Authority and the Operator, which prevents a Party from complying with any of its obligations under this Contract, including but not limited to:

An act of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods); unscheduled road closures, traffic light failures, vehicle accidents causing traffic congestion, riots, commotion, strikes, go slows, lock outs or disorder, unless solely restricted to employees of the Supplier or of his Subcontractors; or acts or threats of terrorism.
